FUTURE CONTINUOUS TENSE



(In the middle of doing something at a certain time in the future)

Suzy is a student. Joe is her friend and he wants to see her tonight.

Joe : Let’s go out tonight.
Suzy : No, I’ll be studying mathematics tonight. What about at 8 o’clock tomorrow.
Joe : I’ll be watching football match on tv.
Suzy : What about 9.30
Joe : okay that will be fine.

Will you be using your car tomorrow.
Do you see him. He will be wearing a black hat.
This time next year I’ll be travelling round the world.

will be doing (similiar to) am doing (Already planned)

I’ll be going to market. Can I get you anything.


To ask about people’s plans, especially when we want something or want someone to do something)

Will you be using your car this evening?
Will you be passing the Mr Brown’s office when you go to school?
